How are refunds handled on items that are damaged/ wrong size/ no longer needed? 

No refunds! Only Store credits will be issued. Customer MUST notify Beautifly Mahogani Boutique Customer Service Dept. via email: beautiflymahogani.boutique@gmail.com within 3 days, if there is a need to return items. Beautifly Mahogani Boutique Customer Service will notify you with instructions via email, on how to mail items back to us. Once received and inspected, you will be notified of store credit if deemed necessary.

When will my order ship?

All orders are shipped out within 3-4 days. All orders are shipped priority mail.

When will I receive my order?

All orders take an average of 6 to 10 days to arrive at your door.

What are Customer Service hours of operation?
